Nazra Software Solutions offers web development (WordPress and MERN Stack), app development, hosting, maintenance, SEO, and other related services. When you contact us, request services, or negotiate any deal, the scope, deliverables, and pricing will be agreed upon in writing.
3. Contact/Inquiry
When you submit a contact form or inquiry, you must provide accurate and truthful information. Nazra Software Solutions will use that information to respond to your inquiry and may keep records to improve or follow up on requests.
4. Payment & Fees
Any services agreed upon will have fees that are described in the proposal or agreement.
A deposit may be required before work begins.
Additional work beyond the scope defined in the agreement will incur extra charges.
All payments are due as per the payment schedule in the contract.
5. Intellectual Property
All original content, designs, code, graphics, and materials produced by Nazra Software Solutions for you remain our property until full payment is received.
Upon full payment, the deliverables are transferred to you, subject to any third-party licenses and rights.
6. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide all necessary content, feedback, logos, texts, and information on time as needed. Delays in client response may delay the project timeline. You confirm that you own or have rights to any materials provided to us.
7. Revisions & Alterations
We allow 5 rounds of revisions as part of the agreed scope. Any additional revisions beyond that will be billed separately at agreed rates.
8. Cancellation & Termination
Either party may terminate the contract by providing written notice. If terminated, you will pay for all work completed up to the date of termination. Nazra Software Solutions reserves the right to terminate if the client fails to meet obligations (payment, content, feedback).
9. Warranties & Disclaimers
We strive to deliver high quality service, but we do not guarantee (unless specifically agreed) that the website or software will be error-free or operate without interruption.
We disclaim all implied warranties to the extent permitted by law.
Nazra Software Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
10. Limitation of Liability
Our maximum liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall be limited to the total amount paid by you under the applicable agreement. We are not liable for losses beyond this.
11. Privacy
We collect, use, and store your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our contact page and services, you also agree to the privacy practices described therein.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
