The Platform is owned and managed by Nazra Software Solutions, managed by Tassawar Hasib, having its registered address at Kammavari Pete, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India (hereinafter referred to as the “Platform Owner”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
